When Will You Deliver My Order?

The time it takes to process your order from when you submit it online to up to delivery will vary from depending on your shipping destination. For orders to be delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), customers can expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days, provided that the order is placed and confirmed before 17:00 hrs (GST) on a UAE business day. Orders placed after 17:00 hrs (GST) will be processed the next business day.

For orders to be delivered outside the UAE, customers can expect delivery within up to 7 business days depending on the destination country.  Al Haramain Perfumes LLC will not take responsibility for delivery delays due to force majeure / unforeseen factors outside our control. To check the status of your order, simply follow these 4 easy steps:

1.       Sign in to ‘My Account’ on our site

2.       Go to the ‘My Account’ section.

3.       Go to the ‘Orders’ section.

4.       Click on ‘View Details’ next to the order you wish to check the status.

The status will be displayed at the top of the order details section.

Will You Accept Returns On My Products?
Absolutely. We’ll accept returns on products you’ve purchased from shop.alharamainperfumes.com, as long as all the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy are met.

Where Do You Deliver?
Delivery is available in all the Emirates of the UAE. Shipping to international destinations is also available. To find out if we can deliver to your country, please send us your details through our Contact page and we will respond as quickly as possible.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
The delivery promise for our major destinations in United Arab Emirates is available is 24hrs.

Do You Offer Order Collection In UAE?
Unfortunately order collection is not available we can deliver to a home or office address only.

I Don't Want To Receive My Order, What Should I Do?

As stated in our Return Policy, you can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse and a dispatch confirmation is sent.

If you wish to cancel your order and the goods have been shipped, you will have to return the product, and the provisions of the Return Policy will apply.


What If The Item I Received Is Damaged On Delivery?

Can I Pay With Cash On Delivery?

You can pay with cash on delivery if you are ordering the goods within the UAE and your shipping destination is within the UAE. For orders to be shipped outside the UAE, you must pay by card before your order is shipped.

Can I self-collect the items?
To keep our operation running as efficiently as possible, we send all your items directly to the courier. You might get an SMS as well as an email with the courier's name, phone number and tracking number. Packages are usually delivered within 24 hours after they are dispatched to the courier.

Are all items in stock?
All items shown on our website are labeled as available or not available and for those items that are not available, feel free to sign up for availability notifications.

What If There Is A Problem With My Order?
While we try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes they aren't. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible

Can I Cancel Orders That Have Already Shipped?
You can cancel your order until we have prepared the items therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are prepared for shipment. In the case of a returning an order, the shipping fees (if any) cannot be refunded.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
If we have issued a refund for one of your orders, the amount will be debited into the original card you used for the purchase. Refunds may take XXXXXX business days to show up on your statement depending on your issuing bank.
