We try to maintain the highest quality service during our
packaging and deliveries. Still, if the product or delivery service doesn't
match your expectation, you are requested to raise a complaint within 24 hours
of the delivery. After 24 hours, no complaints will be served to resolve.
Return and Refund Policy:
- Please check your parcel in front of the
delivery man (Product condition, Product quantity, right products, billing
etc). Raise a complaint to us in front of the delivery man.
- We do not refund any order. In case of missing
/ wrong products, we will replace / exchange your order without any
extra delivery cost. Claims must be made within 24 hours.
- Al Haramain Perfumes makes effort to ship every
order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, or change
information within your existing order, please inbox us via our facebook page
or contact us at +880 1905535899. We do not accept a cancellation request once
the once the order is shipped.
- If you could not check the parcel in front of
the delivery man please record a video while unpacking the parcel as proof of
your complaint.

In the event of delivery, if the delivery person cannot reach you or any error occurs
by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra
cost incurred by Al Haramain Perfumes for redelivery shall be claimed from the
customer.
Authenticity of Information:
- You will provide authentic and true information
in all instances where such information is requested of you. Al Haramain
Perfumes reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other
details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details
are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole
discretion to reject the order.
- Prior to placing an order please check the
product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree
to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
- If you have placed an order online you can view
information about your order in the My Account section of our website.
If you do not see your order displayed in this section, then the order was not
placed, and you must return to your Shopping Cart and complete the Checkout
process again.
- If you receive an order with missing
product(s), you must contact us at +880 1905535899 within 48 hours of receiving
your order, and an image/copy of the packing slip must be submitted in order to
obtain a refund or replacement.
